  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

Shipping Coverage

  • We ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
  • For international orders, shipping availability and charges will vary based on the destination country. Please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders (India): ₹100/- (Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499/-)
  • International Orders: Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within Mohali/Chandigarh: 2-4 business days.
  • Rest of India: 5-10 business days.
  • International: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance).

Packaging

  • All products are packed in airtight, food-safe packaging to preserve freshness and aroma.
  • Bulk orders are carefully packed in larger sealed consignments to ensure safe transit.

Delays

  • While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier delays may occasionally affect timelines.
  • Kerala Elaichi is not liable for delays once the order is handed over to the shipping partner, but we will support you in tracking and resolving issues.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
  • You can track the shipment status on our website or through the courier partner’s portal.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and notify us within 48 hours at support@keralaelaichi.com.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund after verification with our courier partner.
