Refund policy

Returns

  • Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we only accept returns in the following cases:
    • You received the wrong product.
    • The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
    • The package was tampered with or found to be incomplete.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must:
    • Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Share photos/videos of the product and packaging as proof (including unboxing video).
    • Ensure the product is unopened and unused in its original packaging (except in case of damage/defect).

Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved and verified, you may choose from the following options:
    • Replacement: A fresh package of the same product will be shipped at no extra cost.
    • Full Refund: The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will not be issued if:
    • The product was consumed or partially used.
    • The return request was raised after 48 hours of delivery.
    • The product was damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or until they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used packs.
  • Products purchased during promotional offers, discounts, or clearance sales (unless defective/damaged).
  • Bulk orders (unless agreed otherwise under a B2B contract).

How to Request a Return/Refund

  1. Contact us at support@keralaelaichi.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, issue details, and supporting photos/videos.
  3. Our team will verify the claim and update you within 2 business days.
