Returns

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we only accept returns in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The package was tampered with or found to be incomplete.

To be eligible for a return, you must:
- Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share photos/videos of the product and packaging as proof (including unboxing video).
- Ensure the product is unopened and unused in its original packaging (except in case of damage/defect).
Refunds

Once your return request is approved and verified, you may choose from the following options:
- Replacement: A fresh package of the same product will be shipped at no extra cost.
- Full Refund: The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will not be issued if:
- The product was consumed or partially used.
- The return request was raised after 48 hours of delivery.
- The product was damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or until they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used packs.
- Products purchased during promotional offers, discounts, or clearance sales (unless defective/damaged).
- Bulk orders (unless agreed otherwise under a B2B contract).
How to Request a Return/Refund

- Provide your order number, issue details, and supporting photos/videos.
- Our team will verify the claim and update you within 2 business days.
